Processing time

After placing your order, it's processed within 1-3 business days. Because our jewelry is shipped specially for you from our warehouse, total delivery time may be slightly longer than with local stores.

 

Delivery time

Average delivery time after processing depends on the destination: Netherlands and the rest of Europe 5-10 business days, the United Kingdom 5-8 business days, the United States 5-8 business days, Canada 7-10 business days, and other countries worldwide 7-14 business days. For international orders, this may in exceptional cases take longer, for example due to customs procedures.

 

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated and shown at checkout, based on your delivery address.

 

Track & trace

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a track & trace code so you can follow your package.

 

Customs and import duties

For orders outside the European Union, import duties or customs fees may be charged by local customs. These costs are outside our control and are the customer's responsibility.
